Outo

Outo is a popup restaurant which delights with its mischievousness and strips away the traditional dining experience. The restaurant offers flavours from Southeast Asia to Scandinavia. For the Flow Festival, Outo is only bringing one dish, but it’s a guaranteed classic that won’t leave anyone cold: steamed rice, tempura-fried mushrooms, kimchi, marinated cucumbers, Korean-style pickled vegetables, and kewpie style mayonnaise.
