Flow Festival brings some of the most exciting club music stars of our time to Suvilahti. Among the artists performing at the Front Yard venue are Joy Orbison, Avalon Emerson, Verraco, TSHA, Mala, Ayesha, Funk Tribu, and many, many more. This year, Front Yard will go through some exciting changes as the venue is revamped, relocated to the Hanasaari power plant area for the first time, and the capacity is larger than ever before.

Flow Festival’s Front Yard will present the highly-acclaimed DJ, producer Joy Orbison, who is soon releasing their new album, Avalon Emerson, known for their hit The Frontier and their blend of techno, house, and new wave, the Columbian DJ Verraco, who mashes up Latin American rhythms with techno sounds, and TSHA, who combines melodic house, UK garage, and rave aesthetics. Also, the performances of NIGHT manoeuvres, a collaboration between DJ, producer ABSOLUTE and the multi-instrumentalist Dot Major, and one of the pioneers of dubstep, Mala, who is also known for their Deep Medi Musik label that focuses on publishing bass-driven music, will take place.

Furthermore, the audience will dance to the beats by Ayesha, who is known for their percussion-driven, fast-tempo, and bass-dominated sound, and who will play a live set at Flow, the maestro of retro-futuristic club sound Funk Tribu, whose performance at Boiler Room has been watched more than two million times in few months, the ambient techno-duo Voices From The Lake, formed by the Italian producers Donato Dozzy and Neel, who also perform a live set at Flow, and Orkidea, the producer and one of the most important DJ’s in the Nordics for the last three decades, who is known for their unique blend of trance and house.

In addition, Front Yard will witness the sets from one of the central figures in the electronic music underground of New York, Aurora Halal, and Sansibar, whose fresh take on electronic music mixes electro, techno, house, jungle, and new beat to downtempo. Furthermore, one of the leading figures of Japanese techno, Wata Igarashi, will play their live set, and the Australian-born DJ, producer Roza Terenzi, who will be performing this year at festivals such as Dekmantel, Lost Village, and many others, along with the Italian DJ, producer, and multi-instruentalist okgiorgio, will also take the stage at Flow. Also the Korgy-affiliated duo CEB and Lara Silva, along with Katerina and DJ JVS, will perform their back-to-back sets at Front Yard.

There will also be performances by ATI, one the rising stars of Helsinki club circuit, djrubio, whose versatile set ranges from techno to ambient and who – despite already having long career – is a first-timer at Flow, Sallidoing, renowned for her playful and inclusive tech house style, the charismatic ZEZE, who plays R&B, dancehall and Afrobeats, and the ballroom-affiliated DJ and photographer, DJ Coco. Finally, there will be back-to-back sets by Otilia and Ojelma, whose set will summon both sombre tech house and soft mysticism, and the unstoppable tour de force Justus Valtanen and Daniel Kayrouz, who are moving through myriad styles of party music.
