The service is intended for all festival guests as well as employees, volunteers, and artists working at the festival.
Flow’s harassment contact person is a healthcare professional whose task is to be an impartial supporter for everyone who has experienced any kind of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate treatment. Harassment situations are primarily dealt with in a solution-oriented manner, and, if necessary, you can be directed to receive help within the scope of a suitable service. The harassment contact person can also help clarify situations together with other festival employees in a multi-professional manner. The harassment contact person has a duty of confidentiality.
The goal is to provide as safe a space as possible for all festival-goers as everyone working or volunteering at Flow. Physical and psychological integrity is everyone’s right. At Flow Festival, you must be able to feel safe without fear of any kind of discrimination or harassment, sexual or verbal harassment or otherwise improper treatment and behaviour.
