NIGHT manoeuvres is a brand new collaborative project uniting the London-based DJ, producer ABSOLUTE with the synth polymath and multi-instrumentalist Dot Major, who is also known for the indieband London Grammar. NIGHT manoeuvres’ sonic aesthetic is a symbiotic fusion of the artistic strengths of its members. It blends ABSOLUTE’s prowess in producing pulse-racing basslines and stone-cold hits with Dot Major’s impressive classical training and their shared love for analog synthesis and UK underground sounds, spanning bass, dubstep, left-field techno, and house. Together, these influences are woven together with textural soundscapes, euphoric pads, and ethereal vocal hooks, as the duo’s expansive skillsets command crowds both behind the decks and in the studio
