MCMLXXXV, co-founder and resident of Herrensauna celebrates a countercultural approach to electronic music. His DJ sets are hard, fast, dark and intense, charged with rhythmic tension and working any dancefloor. Genre-wise, MCMLXXXV is often moving in EBM, electro, hard trance, and industrial areas, of which he has comprehensive knowledge. As a DJ, he is in high demand outside Herrensauna parties, getting bookings to clubs all around Europe and recently also in the US. Besides his club, he works in art and fashion, with a special interest in subcultural movements and their associated aesthetics.
