Born in Bogotá, Colombia but based in Berlin, DJ, and producer Funk Tribu is known for his retro-futuristic club music, highly influenced by the electronic sound of the 1990s and 2000s. Since his hit Phonky Tribu released in Autumn 2021, Funk Tribu has been known for shaping the groovy trance sound with fresh contemporary and genre-fluid elements. Recently he has released music in labels such as Speedmaster and Artcore, and also as a DJ he is in high demand, being one of the top names of nu-trance. Funk Tribu has played several times in Ibiza, and this year he is busy playing in clubs and festivals especially in central Europe and the US.
