A co-founder of Herrensauna and the club’s resident DJ, CEM was launched to prominence as a DJ out of the infamous parties and has recently been playing gigs worldwide. Born in Vienna, Austria, and of Turkish descent, CEM moved to Berlin a decade ago to pursue a music career. Inspired by HC-punk and death metal in his younger years, the DJ discovered techno at underground parties at 18, and one can hear his background in his fierce and enigmatic performances and selection.
CEM is an intensive DJ who prefers UK-tweaked tracks across contemporary harder and faster club music. Among his 2024 festival performances are Dekmantel, Gop Tun, Awakenings, and Flow Festival.
