111X is a Helsinki-based composer and producer, also called the elusive prince of noise. His music includes beautiful, sombre, dreamlike, delicate melodies, staggered drums, and derelict arrangements. With an artist career of already ten years, 111X has performed live recently in Helsinki, the biennial of Tallinn, Prague, Tokyo and Osaka, and his latest performance outside Finland was in Paris this spring. His latest album, Shame, was released in March 2023 on Changeless Records. The multi-faceted artist has also built instruments and worked on installations and sonic sculptures.
